Worked on grade specific projects

* 5th Graders worked on Assignment 5 - Transportation in Water. They built a paddle boats and tested it!

More students moved on to building robots!

* 6th Graders - Started painting!

We started to skate in the gym to learn how to skateboard safely. Jessie Fischer showed us some tricks!


* 7th Graders - Worked on Videos! Due JUNE 1st! They are also podcasting and working on a webpage for IT.

* 8 Graders - We started building our NEW computers! We put in RAM and wired them.

Worked on grade specific projects

* 5th Graders worked on Assignment 4 & 5 - Transportation in Water. They built a sail boat and tested it!


More students moved on to building robots!


* 6th Graders - Started painting!

Taylor won for Logo Contest and it is now being made into a screen print at Nokomis High School.

Some of use began learning about safely skateboarding and practiced in the gym. Thanks Jessie Fischer!


* 7th Graders - Worked on Videos! Due JUNE 1st! They are also podcasting and working on a webpage for IT.


* 8 Graders - We started building our NEW computers! We put in our motherboards and cpus.

Week 13 - Skateboard Painting, Start New Computers, Boat Building, Podcasting, Blogging

Worked on grade specific projects

* 5th Graders worked on Assignment 4 - Transportation in Water. They tested different configurations of floating (putty) and loaded a boat with marbles.


Some students moved on to building robots!



* 6th Graders - Continued to Prep Skateboards and some started painting!

Taylor won for Logo Contest and it will now be put on all boards.

* 7th Graders - Worked on Videos! Which are due JUNE 1! Check out our blogs to see video of us working.



* 8 Graders - We started building our NEW computers! We put in our CDRoms and Hard Drives. Check out our blog to see video of us in action!
